Tony Jones, our business founder and lead consultant, has an impeccable career within the people development arena. A 30 year track record within sales development and people management illustrates his expanse of personal experience.
A corporate sales career spanning fifteen years within two of the UK’s largest asset finance businesses culminated in operating at Sales Director level. This combined with fourteen years experience in mid level executive search recruitment at Managing Director level, building the most successful UK operation within a world leading global recruitment network.
We are able to deliver one, three or five day courses covering a whole range of recruitment and sales issues, with specific emphasis on the permanent, technical and search recruitment process. In addition we provide bespoke training and development courses to a ranges of business environments where B2B sales skills are critical, from telesales through to face to face presentations skills, sales management, leadership and executive coaching.
All of our activities are designed for small groups, where the personal touch and individual attention is key.
